Jonathan was asked to support the arrival and accelerate the effectiveness and integration of a newly recruited divisional CEO for this global software supplier. The CEO was a British national, who was recruited from the UK, and who sat on the main group company’s leadership team which was based in Chennai, India. Over this year long coaching engagement, Jonathan helped the leader put into place a stakeholder communications strategy of the CEO’s key external and internal stakeholders; helped the leader identify and execute the critical priorities that were essential to the leaders success; assisted the leader in developing and rolling out a comprehensive business plan to the organisation and helped the leader coach her team of direct reports and deal with the political dynamics of implementing a cultural change programme.
