Jonathan Webb: Chief Executive Officer

Jonathan established Clarity Associates to service organisational needs for Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Executive Search. Before this, he had an 18 year sales career spanning FMCG and Outsourcing, working for companies such as Duracell UK, Digital, EDS and IBM Global Services.

Since 2002, Jonathan has personally worked in the UK, Europe, North American and Asia Pacific regions, supporting his clients C-Suite and senior leadership teams to deliver talent solutions.  As an Executive Coach, Jonathan helps successful leaders and their teams, become even better by coaching them in the areas of; the practice and implementation of leadership skills; dealing with change and transition; the achievement of corporate goals; and delivering results through teamwork and delegation.

Jonathan’s personal coaching style is engaging, curious, supportive and challenging. He is driven by the desire to help his clients succeed, by achieving measurable and sustainable improvements in their performance.

Over the years he has worked with a diverse client base of Global Forbes 2000 and Private Equity portfolio companies, including Airbus, Aon plc, EDS, Atos, Scisys, Capgemini, Siemens, Williams Lea, Tag, TATA Group, Equinity Paymaster, Wipro Technologies, QinetiQ, CPA Global, Capita, Agilisys, Northgate Information Solutions, Liberata, Proxima Group; EXL Service, TM group, Intellect Design, Clarivate and Hewlett Packard Enterprises..

Jonathan’s formal coaching training includes the Practitioner Coaching course at the Academy of Executive Coaching and he is also a  Certified Coach for Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching organization, the worlds no 1 coaching firm. Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching has been delivered to over 150 companies within the Global Fortune 500. Jonathan is also Certified to deliver Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Team Coaching Programme and has a Diploma in Team Coaching Mastery from the Executive Coach Studio.

Alison Munn: Director Client Delivery

Alison is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD) and HR professional, specialising in leadership, transformation, employee engagement and change management.  She has significant experience in retail, telecommunications, engineering and professional services. 

She works with Clarity Associates internationally on the design and delivery of  large scale leadership development programmes, team coaching and leadership assessment programmes.

Alison has 20 years’ experience as a senior consultant and programme lead working with some of the world’s biggest brands on large scale organisation transformation programmes.  Alison is recognised for commercial focus and an ability to hit the ground running to deliver results, offering proven experience in:
