Jonathan was invited to coach one of the senior leaders of this company’s investment management division based in the US, who was leading on behalf of the company, discussions on a US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigation. Jonathan’s role was to coach the leader on this engagement and support the leader’s communication with them during a critical 18-month time frame. In addition to this, Jonathan supported the leader in devising and implementing a stakeholder management strategy of the leader’s own company’s senior team, including fellow colleagues, and direct reports. The SEC investigation was successfully concluded and following this, Jonathan’s coaching client was promoted.
